When & where do I pick-up The Box?
From 5:30pm to 9:00pm on Monday evenings at 2301 Main Street in Santa Monica (At the corner of Strand Street). Please note that we do not store orders over night for Tuesday pick-up. If you cannot pick-up your box on Monday night by 9:30pm, please order delivery.

Pick-up will soon be available from Rawvolution New York.

When is The Box delivered?
Los Angeles - Between 6:30pm and 10:30pm on Monday evenings (if you have ordered by the Sunday at midnight deadline).

I don't live in Los Angeles or New York, can I still order The Box?
Yes! The following are the times you can expect to receive your order.

Eastern locations - Between 12:00pm and 3:00pm on Wednesday (if you have ordered by Saturday and choose 2-day shipping).
Between 12:00pm and 3:00pm on Tuesday (if you have ordered by Saturday and choose overnight shipping). Applies to: AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV.
